・77年 柿右衛門窯に絵付工として入り、赤絵付を手がける。
・翌年より有田物産に入社、染付の大物絵付を学び、各地で陶壁画を制作。
・87年独立、岩永錦付工房を設立。
・01年伊万里･有田焼伝統工芸士(加飾部門)、’04年一級技能士・職業訓練指導員認定認定。

Welcome to the craftsman's studio.
Arita-yaki porcelain boasts a 400-year history, and this video offers a glimpse of how the artist creates his works.
In this video, a tiger motif is painted on unglazed porcelain with cobalt-containing “Gosu”. When painting animals, it is important to express the movement of muscles
and eyes. Enjoy the artist's brush strokes as he paints lively animals with shading in a single color.
【About the artist】
Suminori Iwanaga
In 1977, joined the Kakiemon Kiln as a painter and worked on overglazed red painting.
The following year, joined Arita Bussan, where he learned large underglaze blue paintings and produced ceramic wall paintings in various locations.
In 1987, became independent and established Iwanaga Nishiki-Tsuke Studio.
In 2001, Imari, Arita-yaki traditional craftsmen (decoration department), and in 2004, the first level of skills and vocational training instructor certified.
